Insurance Fraud

SKDG represents insurance companies in investigating and evaluating fraud claims related to both personal and commercial lines of insurance. The firm works closely with insurance company SIU departments in the investigation of questionable claims including, but not limited to, conducting examinations under oath, providing advice and legal opinions and assisting in the insurer's analysis and investigation process. The firm also represents insurance companies in defending lawsuits brought by insureds related to fraud and material misrepresentation claims.
