Employer and employee relationships are becoming complex and suits against employers arising from "wrongful employment practices" are on the rise.In today's environment, every business faces the risk that it will be sued by a past or present employee. SKDG represents private and public employers before federal courts, state courts and administrative tribunals with respect to wrongful employment practice claims.
